A leading national insurance provider relied on ADAPTURE to help strengthen PCI compliance and to develop a solid architectural design.
The national insurance provider shared an environment with one of their other companies, working off of legacy hardware. They needed PCI compliance in their new environment, as well as redundancy. Their new environment was going to be placed in a different datacenter facility and then removed from their physical location.
The company was looking for a PCI-compliant architectural design that was redundant. They had a fixed budget to work with that ADAPTURE was able to meet. The company needed to be up and running in time for an audit so that they could receive a clean bill of health compliance-wise.
ADAPTURE handled this project from conception to implementation including architectural design, hardware procurement, and integration/implementation. In the end, the overall health check-up was successful in the new environment.
ADAPTURE provided an architectural design which included dual external firewalls, dual DMZ switches, dual load balancers, dual internal firewalls, four web servers, dual database servers, and a single management server. The products used were Dell, F5 and VMware.
ADAPTURE was able to design and implement a secure and compliant environment for the insurance provider with redundancy, and an architecture that had the future growth of the company in mind.
As a result of working with ADAPTURE, the company’s information security standards now meet or exceed every requirement necessary to provide services to large institutions and are further supported by a SSAE 16 Audit.
