Atlanta-Based Staffing Firm Recognized for Innovation in Recruiting

ATLANTA, Oct. 19, 2017—The talent division of ADAPTURE, formerly known as The Centrics Group, a modern staffing agency based in Atlanta, has been named to LinkedIn’s Top 25 Most Socially Engaged Staffing Companies for 2017. This is the firm’s second consecutive appearance on this annual list, placing 19th in the Medium Enterprise: North America category. ADAPTURE was selected from more than 60,000 staffing agencies on LinkedIn. The socially engaged staffing companies ranking considers social reach, employee engagement, talent brand, social recruiting, and content marketing power.

LinkedIn investigated thousands of data points over the past year to determine the 2017 Top 25 Most Socially Engaged honorees. The social media juggernaut describes each of the Top 25 honorees as having, “built one of the strongest social engagement strategies in the world based on interactions with LinkedIn members.”

“We mean it when we say, ‘Let’s Connect,’” says ADAPTURE Director of Marketing Mandy Glidewell. “We put a significant amount of time and effort into building a robust social network that our clients can then leverage to find top talent for their available positions. We’re thrilled that LinkedIn has recognized us again for our efforts.”

LinkedIn has lauded ADAPTURE in the past, praising the firm for its powerful “one-two punch” of sourcing and branding as far back as 2014. Former Vice President of The Centrics Group, Kevin Raxter, was featured in both written and video case studies, each highlighting details on the firm’s successful use of LinkedIn Recruiter to fill IT positions nationwide.

The talent division of ADAPTURE, formerly known as The Centrics Group was formed in 2008 and places exceptional candidates across the United States in high-level IT, accounting, finance, human resources, and customer service roles, among many more.
